Caroline Crowley (BA Hons. Dance Education, RAD RTS, AIDTA)
Director, Carter School of Dance
Caroline Crowley is an independent dance teacher working in the private and public sectors, and specialises in the teaching of Classical Ballet. She trained to an Advanced Level at the Royal Ballet Upper School (Teachers Training Course).
Here she worked with Jean Bedells (RAD), Lynn Wallis (Repertoire), Julia Farron (Mime), Jocelyn Mather (Cecchetti), Joan Lawson (Anatomy) and Valerie Sunderland (Character).
Caroline gained the Certificate in Higher Education in Dance Teaching with the Royal Academy of Dance in 2004 and was awarded a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance Education by the University of Surrey in 2006. Since 2009 she has worked as a Tutor with the students of the Royal Academy of Dance, on the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies programme.
Rachel Squier (ISTD DDE, AFIDTA)

Rachel's love of dance began at her local dance school at just four years old, where she studied Ballet, Tap, Modern and Acrobatics. At 18 she was awarded a scholarship to attend The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts where she found her passion for Musical Theatre. After leaving collage Rachel worked professionally for 8 years in various performing roles both in the UK and abroad.
Rachel gradually made the shift from performer to teacher gaining the following qualifications; ISTD DDE Modern and Tap, AIDTA Freestyle and Acrobatics Arts Certified M2. Alongside working for Carter School of Dance, Rachel is Deputy Principal for Complete Dance and Founder of Project Dance which provides workshops, courses and CPD Training in Dance to Primary Schools across the South East.
Rachel has helped many students successfully gain places at various Dance schools and colleges and has choreographed winning routines for both local and national competitions. She wishes to inspire children to have a passion of dance regardless of age, background or intent.
Louise Davies (ISTD DDE)
Louise Davis has always been based around the Hertford area and is a former student of St. Alban's High School for Girls. Her dance teacher training was completed at DNA studios where she graduated with a Diploma in the Performing Arts. The focus of her training was Commercial and Musical Theatre as well as developing her vocals as a Mezzo Soprano. She has performed in Various theatres and stages including Her Majesty's Theatre.
Louise completed her ISTD DDE in Tap, Modern Theatre and Ballet in 2016. She also teaches fitness classes after obtaining her Level 2 Exercise to Music Qualification in March 2014 and trains aerial skills such as Lyra (aerial Hoop) and Silks. As well as doing competitions on these and has competed at advanced level international competitions on hoop.
She plays the piano and clarinet and teaches dance on a full time freelance basis across Essex and Hertfordshire.
Emma Dudley (RAD RTS)

Emma Dudley began dancing from a young age with Carter School of Dance, combining this with her education at Chauncy School. After an Art Foundation year she was offered places on dance degree courses at Roehampton University, Middlesex University and Canterbury Christ Church University.
In 2014 after completing the first year of a BA(Hons) Dance degree at Roehampton University, she decided to focus on Ballet and complete her teacher training with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). Emma completed her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies in 2017 and is now focused on extending her teaching experience working across the Royal Academy of Dance Graded and Vocational Syllabi.
Emma continues to dance regularly taking open classes in London and has also completed Floor Barre training with the RAD which she uses with her students.
Tiffany McGetrick (LLB (Hons), LLM)
Tiffany McGetrick (LLB (Hons), LLM) began dancing with Carter School of Dance at the age of 7 and attended Jigsaw Performing Arts School. Before moving on to Italia Conti Saturday School where she studied Jazz, Musical Theatre, Acting and Singing. She also attended the CAT Scheme (Centre for Advanced Training) at The Place (The London School of Contemporary Dance).
As a member of Shift, the resident youth dance company at The Place and West End Kids, Tiffany has had the opportunity to perform at numerous venues including The 02 Arena, Royal Albert Hall, Sadlers Wells, Birmingham Hippodrome, Royal Festival Hall and the annual West End Live concert in Trafalgar Square. She also successfully auditioned to attend Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and was awarded a place to study for the Bachelor of Arts in Contemmporary Dance at Trinity Laban.
Tiffany chose to study law at Queen Mary, University of London. But since graduation has turned her focus back to her love of dance and regularly teaches fitness and Body Balance classes at local gyms in Bishop's Stortford having obtained her Level 2 Exercise to Music Qualification and certifying as a Body Balance Instructor.
